Expanding the Acupuncturist's Repertoire

This morning I was listening to a Career Crafting Teleconference. The speaker spoke about social networking, a topic I have heard before when learning about the new wave of marketing. I spoke to my delimma during a question and answer period. I mentioned that as an acupuncturist my target audience is pretty localized, limited to people that can physically come visit me and that often web and social networking marketing feels like casting my web too large. One part of the speaker's reply was that I needed to expand my thinking about what I did such that I could potentially help people from around the world, say by selling an ebook that could address their healing needs or concerns. He spoke to the part of me that wanted to heal the most people possible, that didn't want to be limited to helping people who lived near by me.

Later when thinking about this concept of expanding those I touch with my healing gifts I thought of Master Sha. Master Sha was medical doctor who became an acupuncturist and later transformed his practice to one of spiritual healer. He moved from mechanistic means of healing people to more energetic and now to a dimension even beyond energy medicine. Today he does webcasts and teleconferences that reach thousands of people. The healings he sends out go to millions supposedly. With spirit there is no time and space. When one heals on this level it is possible to reach so many in barely any time at all. It is only when our minds are confined to the paradigms of physicality that we believe we need physical means like acupuncture needles or medications to heal people or that we need to be in the same physical location to effect one another. I know I have personally felt healed by healers in another state or country. I believe that if it is possible for me, it is possible for any one.

If you would like to talk with me about new dimensions in healing I invite dialogue at my email address katdelse@yahoo.com. To learn more about what I currently do and/or to share ideas about how I might expand to serve the needs of humanity visit me at www.santarosa-acupuncture.com
